and darkness of my mind,
where demons of doubt and
denial duel daily, nightly,
no rest there be.

might be, this mask I
wear is for public appeal.
Step inside the confusion

for I grow wearied of the
battlefield inside. Questions
and answers plagued mercilessly
hounds of hell ravenous they'd be.
The light within no longer shone
for me, I see thee mourn for me;
may peace and love comfort thee,
for I am at home where my peace
and comfort be. Remember me, 
my loved ones; hold fast to the
sacred memories.
