Generous giver of light,
love, hope and salvation;
we submit our prayers
of adoration, confession,
thanksgiving and salvation
unto Thee. We thank
You for this blessed day,
the miracles You perform
constantly in our lives.
We thank You, Beloved
Father that, as the sun
sets on this day we may
in restful sleep reside,
knowing that You are
our Protector throughout
this night.
All glory and honour be now
and for ever unto Thee.
