Adrift, damp, dreary,

 seclusion there be.

Inner turmoil we know not

yet at times we chastise,

belittle those in need.

LISTEN…

Sounds of laughter

sounds of quietness,

words and actions

harmful might be,

words and actions too

might be the bridge to

mend countless divisions

in society.  Suicide, mental health,

physical disabilities; physical and verbal

abuse there be.
